How to Play Anime Crusaders
First hour on Roblox: group bonus, Codes Star, Story worlds, then one banner with a plan.
Anime Crusaders is a Roblox tower defense where you summon anime-inspired units and place them on a lane before enemies leak. 32x released it on 7 May 2025. You do not need a paid starter pack to start. You need the group bonus, every live code your level can claim, and a refusal to spend Gems on the first shiny Legendary you see.
This page is the first-hour script. The video in the middle is a full beginner route from TrueShinobi. Read the text if you are on mobile data and only need the checklist.
Minute one
Join the 32x group and like the experience. The game page still advertises extra starter Gems and rerolls for that. Then open the working codes list and redeem at the Codes Star. If you do not know where that is, use how to redeem. A new account that skips codes starts the game several pity bars behind.
Do not summon yet. Clear the first Story world first so you understand Ground versus Hill tiles and so level-gated codes unlock. Early worlds community guides still call Planet Navic, then later maps such as Kakura Town and Shabuya as you climb. Names on the board can change with a world update; follow the Story list in the lobby Time Machine if the label differs.
How a match works
You enter a stage, place units on legal tiles, and spend the match currency (often called Yen in community talk) to upgrade. Ground units sit on the path. Hill units need elevated pads. Hybrid units can do both. Support units print money or buff the row. If you put three Ground DPS on a map with flyers and no Hill coverage, you leak. Read placement before you buy a sixth copy of the same melee unit.
Starter units are fine for the first few stages. Community beginner routes still like a Goku-line carry because the evolved form stays relevant, plus any cheap farm unit you pull. If you already rolled something from the beginner tier such as Rose or Golden Freezo, build around that instead of forcing a YouTube Secret.
First currency rules
- Gems: save for a featured banner. See how to summon.
- Divine Tokens: do not reroll traits on a unit you will replace. See traits.
- Stat Cubes: wait until the trait is acceptable.
- Elemental stones: bank them for a real evolution.
Daily quests and the first Story clear bonuses are your second income after codes. Infinite can wait until a stage starts feeling free.
First team shape
You want one farm or buffer, one Ground DPS, one Hill or Hybrid that can see air. That is a team. Six random Legendaries is not a team. Use team slots if you like a written grid. Then compare names against the best teams page once you own a Mythic.
Trading exists later. Do not plan your first week around trading a Secret you do not have.
After the first hour
Follow the progress checklist. Open game modes when Story normals feel slow. Open farm Gems when you are saving for pity. Open updates if a new world just dropped and your old farm map got nerfed.
If a friend tells you to install a script to skip the early grind, read the scripts hub first. A banned account does not keep its codes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
What should I do first in Anime Crusaders?
Join 32x, redeem codes, clear early Story for level, then summon on a featured banner with auto-sell for Rares.
Is there a best starter?
Pick a line you can evolve. Goku-line carries are the usual advice. A lucky Rose or farm unit is enough to start.
Do I need Robux?
No. Codes, Story, and Infinite fund a full account. Robux only speeds cosmetics and shop packs.
When do I start Infinite?
After Story stages on your current world feel comfortable. Infinite is a farm, not a tutorial.
