Best Anime Crusaders Teams
One farm, one air answer, one lane carry. Everything else is a luxury slot.
A team in Anime Crusaders is a set of placement jobs, not a list of your rarest models. This page gives boards you can actually copy. Slot math lives on team slots. Unit ranks live on the tier list hub.
Story clear board
- Farm or cheap buffer (Ai, Speedcart, Useless Goddess)
- Ground carry (Sun Woo, Ichi Masked, Esdead, or your best evolved Ground)
- Hill or Hybrid air answer (Goko Perfected, Cell, Freeran, Beyond Heaven)
That three-slot core clears every early world. Add a stun if a boss walks through. Add a second DPS only after upgrades feel cheap.
Infinite farm board
Lead with the farm unit. Put the air answer on a Hill that will not be sold. Put the Ground carry on the longest lane. Do not place a fourth DPS that blocks the farm’s range. Infinite is an economy puzzle that pretends to be a damage puzzle. Read farm Gems.
Raid and portal board
Bring the mechanic the ticket asks for. If the raid punishes single-target, bring AoE Hybrid. If it is a boss rush, bring burst and a buffer. Copying an Infinite farm board into a raid is why people say “raids are impossible.” They brought Speedcart to a check that needed Cell.

- Generalist: Speedcart + Goko Perfected + Sun Woo or Ichi Masked + Ai
- Hybrid flex: Farm + Beyond Heaven or Sun God vs Dragon + one Ground specialist
- Control: Farm + Grey or Kurimi + your highest DPS
- Beginner: Farm if you have it + Rose + Golden Freezo, then graduate via beginner units
Swap names as you pull. Do not break the jobs.
What ruins a team
Three Hybrid units on a map with two Hybrid tiles. No farm on a thirty-minute Infinite. No air answer on a flyer world. Trait-rolling the farm unit to Crusader “because it is best.” Trading away the only evolved carry. Installing a script to place for you and losing the account — see scripts.
When a patch adds a unit that does two jobs, you may drop a slot. Until then, keep the jobs. Confirm targeting on placement and keep supports in range of both carries.
If you only remember one sentence: fill jobs, then chase names.
Substituting without lying to yourself
If the example says Cell and you own Golden Freezo, write Golden Freezo. You still have an air job. If you own nothing that hits air, that is the next banner, not a reason to pretend Rose covers flyers.
Raid comps in videos often hide a paid pack unit. Pause and read the tags. Copy the jobs you can fill. Ignore the flex Secret.
When you clear a new world, take a screenshot of the winning board. That screenshot is worth more than a generic S-tier list the next time the same tiles appear.
Rebuild after changelog days. A new Hybrid can collapse two jobs into one placement and free a tile for control.
